By clicking the boxes on our forms you agree that Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited (trading as MSD Animal Health) (“MSD Animal Health”) may collect, record and use the information you provide to use (please note some of this information maybe personal sensitive information) (“Personal Information”), for the purposes of contacting you and providing you with information in relation to our products (please note some material may be promotional in nature).

MSD Animal Health may conduct data analytics on the Personal Information you provide, including to help us improve our services and customise information for you. If you choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfill these purposes. We will keep your Personal Information for only as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes described above (unless we are required or permitted by law to hold the information for a longer period).

We may disclose your Personal Information to an organisation who assists us or our affiliated companies (which may be located in other countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, South America, Poland, China or India).

2025 Promotions

SenseHub® Dairy FULL GO STARTER PROMOTION Terms and Conditions

Offered to you by Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited (NZCN 7232) trading as MSD Animal Health.

1. Product: SenseHub Dairy collar subscription includes SenseHub Dairy Behaviour Monitoring Full Go Collar Subscription, Starter Application Plan ONLY

2. Period: starts 6th January 2025 and continues until 10,000 collars on Starter Plan are sold. Collars and hardware must be installed by 1st May 2025.

3. Price: $2.95* (NZD) per cow per month.

*Based on 500-999 herd size, once 10,000 units sold, price will revert back to $3.69 (NZD) per cow per month.

By placing a qualifying order, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is as stated and is not redeemable for cash or on any other products, no exchanges or correspondence will be entered into. Promotional offer is not transferrable to any other parties. If you delay or cancel training prior to 1st May 2025 installation deadline, you may forfeit the offer. If for any reason the SenseHub Dairy Training or Installation Team have to postpone the scheduled installation and training, we will honour this promotion, outside of the stated dates of the promotional offer. The promotion will be managed by SenseHub Dairy Sales Specialist.

Monitoring Solutions – Branding Explanation

Brand names for our monitoring solution have been subject to changes since recording some of our videos and farmer stories.

MSD Animal Health, a division of the MSD group of companies under Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ., U.S.A. and a global provider of animal health pharmaceuticals and technologies, purchased the Allflex New Zealand business in 2019 (including certain SCR-branded animal monitoring technologies). At the time, Allflex animal monitoring solutions were known as Allflex collars, and the relevant desktop-based software was HeatTime Pro (both of which you may hear mentioned in our videos).

Our cloud-based dairy monitoring solutions are now branded SenseHub® Dairy and desktop-based software is referred to as Dataflow™.

Device Warranty

MSD Animal Health provides a product warranty in relation to certain defects in devices and hardware delivered to the customer. The warranty applies for the life of the contract (subscription customers) or for specific time periods depending on the particular device or hardware (other customers).

Exclusions apply, such as where the customer failed to follow MSD Animal Health instructions for storage, installation or use, the devices or hardware were serviced by an unauthorised third party, or where the defect arises due to customer’s improper use, negligence or unauthorised modifications. Any other non-excludable warranties, guarantees, rights or remedies under law are not excluded, restricted or modified.

Installation and Training of our Monitoring Solutions

Full details are set out in your contract and can be discussed with your local sales specialist.

Please note:

– Installation of devices and hardware is included, but excludes steelwork, 240v electrical work, antenna poles and any other on-farm infrastructure, as well as any electrical wiring, modification to existing infrastructure, additional labour requested by the customer and internet.

– Training includes initial setup support, additional sessions after installation and, for subscription customers, an annual refresher. Training support includes digital and face to face sessions to get your software setup and your individual herd data uploaded to the software. Training takes place over a series of weeks after installation and covers a variety of topics. New Zealand specific training resources are provided to ensure users understand the software.

Authorised Dealer Network

MSD Animal Health offer a range of technology solutions, including behaviour monitoring (cow collars), drafting gates, milk monitoring, automatic cup removers, pulsation and milking control, that are relied upon to work every day. Therefore, we ensure we can achieve best in class support for our farming customers.

To provide high quality, timely installation, training and support, we use the technical services of a nationwide network of local companies (Our Dealers) to help install, train, repair and maintain our range of specialist equipment on dairy farms.

Our Dealers also help us provide afterhours support, 7 days a week, and stock many of our service parts and critical spares, enabling a faster response to any potential query or issue a farmer may have.

The cost of any work undertaken by our Dealers will be invoiced by them, direct to the customer, unless stated otherwise.
